​We require 24hrs notice to cancel an appointment. If you cancel inside of 24 hours, we retain the deposit paid when the appointment was booked.

**Same Day or Emergency Appointments:

Sometimes we can accommodate same day appointments, please call or text if it's the same day. Same day availability won't show up on the online scheduler if it's within 8 hours.
