Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals

Your time is precious...as is ours. We try to be as accommodating and flexible as possible because we understand life happens. Here is our current policy on cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, and reschedules.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please call or text 774-260-5215 to let us know as soon as possible.

If you cancel or reschedule inside of 24 hours, we retain the 50% deposit you paid to hold your appointment.

Illness: Keeping our clients, staff, and office safe and germ-free is our #1 priority. If you feel unwell (fever, sniffles, sore throat, stomach issues, etc), believe you might be getting sick, or have recently been caring for a family member that is sick, please reschedule your appointment. You will not be charged even if it's within 24 hours.

Inclement Weather: If you do not feel it is safe to drive due to weather, please let us know as soon as possible.

No Call No-Shows

If you have an appointment scheduled and you do not arrive and do not contact us prior to your appointment, we will text you 5 minutes past your appointment. If we don't hear back from you in 5 minutes, your appointment is officially cancelled and you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so we can discuss your medical history form (if this is your first appointment) and/or discuss your needs for that appointment. If you call to tell us you are going to be a few minutes late, we can still see you but we will still end at your scheduled time. You will receive a shortened treatment at the same price because you pay for our time of 60, 75, or 90 minutes. If you are late for your scheduled time, we can not go over your scheduled time.
