Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialized massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to drain excess fluid, waste products, and toxins from the body. Great for: 

• Post-injury swelling

• Skin conditions, such as cellulite and acne

• Cosmetic purposes, such as reducing puffiness under the eyes

• Lymphedema after surgery or cancer treatment

A prenatal massage is for any pregnant client at any stage of their pregnancy. 

Some differences for prenatal massage include positioning on the table, the absence of leg massage (to decrease risk of moving potential blood clots), not using any tools that would raise your body temperature, and giving you enough time post treatment to regulate your blood pressure.

Total Body Stretch is done while you are completely clothed. Your therapist will move your body into comfortable positions while on the table to help you stretch and lengthen your muscles and relax deeply.

A sensory delight! Incorporates soft touch and light scratching on  your scalp, back, arms, and face using a variety of therapeutic sensory tools and light strokes with fingertips. Not a traditional massage with pressure. Scratch therapy is designed to engage your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest not flight or flight) so that you will feel calm, rested, and recentered.

Reiki is one of the many forms of subtle energy healing. Our energy system flows through and  beyond the physical body. Disruptions or imbalances in its flow correlate to physical, mental, and emotional illness. A Reiki treatment will help balance your energy system and promote natural healing of mind, body, and spirit.

A natal chart is a snapshot of the sky at the moment of your birth. During your reading Kate will go over all of the aspects of your chart which will show you how those energies influence your natural tendencies. A natal chart reading will help you understand yourself better.
