We hear A LOT about love in February. The best way to love is to make sure your heart is fully open and ready to give and receive this wonderful gift. Whether you're trying to heal from a broken heart, navigating through grief, or just have a hard time opening your heart to others and yourself, this gentle meditation is for you!
During our hour together we will use sound therapy, crystals, aromatherapy, visualization, and more to open the heart chakra and reconnect with the power inside of us.
Bring a yoga mat or pillow to sit on, a blanket, and anything else you need to make you feel comfortable. Chairs will be provided for those who aren't comfortable sitting on the floor.
