Goal Casting is a workshop is designed to help you discover your most heart-centered goals. Think of it as the pre-manifestation workshop!
During this 90-minute workshop, you will be guided by manifestation meditation, journal prompting, as well as sound healing to raise your vibration to align to your highest self.
By the end of our time together you will have a clarity on your goals and how to achieve them!
*Participants should bring a notebook and pen.

Keryn is a health and wellness coach, specializing in the fields of massage therapy and functional medicine. She began her career in 2004 as a chiropractic assistant, and soon after started her training as a massage therapist. In 2007, she established her own massage therapy business, Living Chi Massage and Wellness which she continues to own and operate today in Warwick, RI. In addition to massage she owns Sea Change Functional Medicine Health Coaching and works with clients virtually one-on-one and group sessions.
Through her own experiences with thyroid disease, thyroid cancer, eczema, and sinus issues, she understands first-hand the transformational and curative power that changes in habits can have on a person’s health and well-being. As a coach, she is focused on helping clients navigate nutritional and lifestyle adjustments through compassion, empathy, and encouragement to achieve meaningful and lasting results.
