Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

A sound bath is a meditative experience where a group of people are bathed in sounds made by healing crystal bowls. Each bowl is set at a certain frequency. These frequencies resonate with our energy system which promotes relaxation, healing, and balance within the body. You only have to come in comfortable clothes and sit in our relaxing environment and certified sound healer and Reiki Master, Jamie Pezza, will do all the work. Everyone will also receive a Reiki treatment.
