Beef Stroganoff

I'd been craving Beef Stroganoff for about a week and finally got to make it last night. This is one of my favorite late fall/early winter recipes.

I used ground beef instead of steak and. it was fast, tasty, warm, and comforting. Exactly what I wanted last night after a long day of work and hosting Blackbird's New Moon Circle.
