Beginner Barre with Diane Garcia!


A barre workout is a fun way to work out and relieve stress! It offers so many benefits like:

Diane Garcia is a barre and yoga instructor, who is known for her warm, encouraging, and quirky teaching style. While her interest in these classes started as more of a physical practice, she has found that the mind-body-spirit connection established on the mat has transformed her life off of it. Diane believes that barre and yoga are for every body and works with you to find the shapes that reveal your inner magic.
